Game Changer – Elite Consulting Partners Celebrates 10-Years Redefining Financial Services Recruiting

Elite Consulting Partners CEO Frank LaRosa founded his financial services recruiting and consulting firm on a simple yet revolutionary vision – to work in service to advisors in order to elevate their career, practice, and life. This advisor-first approach was ahead of its time when LaRosa launched his firm. Now, as Elite Consulting Partners celebrates its 10-year anniversary, the framework for how the firm has achieved for its clients is both a success story and a model for a new age in financial services.

One of the key differentiators in how Elite Consulting Partners approaches business are the firm’s Core Value statements. Developed collectively by the entire Elite Consulting Partners staff, the Core Values statements are an aggregate of both philosophical, ethical, and high-performance declarations as to how each Elite Consulting Partners team member conducts themselves personally and professionally.

“The Core Value which I believe speaks to the heart of what we do is Commitment to Firm-Family Connection,” states LaRosa. “Our ability as a team to foster a synergy between our personal and professional lives elevates every aspect of our performance. At Elite Consulting Partners we are mentors to each other and the same success we drive for our advisor and firm clients is the same success our collaborative, team-oriented approach inspires in each other.”

This common sense of purpose among all of the Elite Consulting Partners team members has gained notice in the industry and has led to the rapid, nationwide expansion of the firm. Currently, Elite Consulting Partners has consultants in more than 12 locations coast to coast. The firm’s main office in Moorestown, NJ, was recently joined by a second, newly opened office location in Boca Raton, FL. Additionally, the 2021 year has seen the addition of eight new team members who represent a cross-section of thought-leadership across the wholesale, Broker-Dealer, and financial services recruiting sectors.

One of those individuals is Kevin Frank, Elite Consulting Partners Head of New Business Development, who joined the firm with more than two-decades of experience in financial services, most recently in a senior recruiting role in business development at Cetera Financial Group. Kevin was drawn to Elite Consulting Partners agnostic approach to advisor recruiting and consultative transition process.

“Advisors and their success have been at the heart of my work for more than twenty-five years,” says Frank. “I understand that the most successful advisors feel aligned and supported by their partner firms and thereby inspired and energized to achieve success for their clients. My role as Head of New Business Development at Elite Consulting Partners is incredibly fulfilling and is one that I take very seriously because I have the ability to truly change the lives of the advisor clients we partner with.”

This ability of Elite Consulting Partners to strategically align each advisor with their ideal firm partner is achieved using their exclusive Elite Next-Level Process. Through thoughtful dialog with advisor clients, Elite Consulting Partners team of seasoned transition consultants puts to work their significant industry expertise and insight to learn each advisor’s individual and practice goals in order to evaluate the best transition solutions, negotiate optimal deal structures, and ensure a seamless transition experience.

As LaRosa states, “We want our advisor clients to approach their book of business as the asset it is. The work advisors put into growing their practice goes right to the heart of what it means to have entrepreneurial spirit. At Elite Consulting Partners, our transitions reflect and celebrate that for every advisor we work with.”

Looking to the future, there seems to be no slowing for the Elite Consulting Partners vision for collaborative, entrepreneurial, business leadership in financial services. Further office location expansion discussions are in the works, as are plans for additional team members coming into the fold. Most recently, the firm also announced the launch of Practice Dynamics, a sister company whose main focus is to provide turnkey business solutions and services to financial advisors, RIAs, Broker-Dealers, and OSJs who are interested in streamlining their on-boarding processes, creating efficiencies, and driving revenue sooner.

LaRosa summarizes, “When I launched Elite Consulting Partners 10 years ago, I had one purpose – to create a recruiting firm the likes of which the industry had never seen. I feel like we have achieved that but there is still more work to be done. We have no intent of stopping and are committed to changing the financial services industry and the advisor experience for the better.”
