JAY SKOLNICK, CLU, CMFC, CLTC, LUTCF — Managing Director
Jay joined The Prudential Insurance Company of America in April 1992 in the San Diego office. He was a producer for 3 years and qualified for Conference all 3 years.
In 1995, he was promoted to Manager, Financial Services in San Diego office. He received 5 consecutive Presidents Citation awards and his staff finished #2 in the country in 2000. In 2001 he was promoted to Associate Managing Director (AMD) and was immediately activated as the Acting Managing Director for the Fresno office. He stayed in that position for approximately 5 months, but eventually declined the position. Jay returned to San Diego as the AMD and assisted the San Diego Agency to finish #1 in the country in 2001.
In Mid 2002, Jay was promoted to Managing Director position in Salt Lake City, Utah. Shortly within the year the agency accomplished significant change and reached the top of the company.
In September 2003, Jay relocated to the Orange County Financial Group as Managing Director. With Jay‘s assistance, The Orange County Financial Group has been an award winning office for the past 14 years – including 2 additional President’s Citations. The Orange County Financial Group is consistently one of the leading agencies in the country. Jay’s role in So. Cal has expanded to now include leading the San Diego Financial Group – the new organization is called Southern California Financial Group.
Jay graduated from San Diego State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has qualified for over 15 President’s Conferences with Prudential. He has won numerous GAMA Career Development Awards and recently completed his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2012.
Jay and his wife Tammy live in Orange County and have two children, Danielle 25 years old and Jordan 22 years old.

STEPHANIE RIVAS — Managing Director
Stephanie Rivas is the Managing Director of one of the most successful firms at Prudential, with 120 Financial Advisors in 4 locations including: Manhattan, Brooklyn, White Plains and Albany New York. Stephanie’s Firm was the first female led organization in Prudential’s 140-year history to win the Trophy for being the #1 office in the company in 2017. Other career highlights include winning Prudential’s Life Founders Award given to the Top 5 Life firms in the company every year since taking over the organization in 2015, winning a President’s Citation in 2016, being a GAMA International Diamond Award winner every year since 2015 as well as organically doubling both the headcount and revenue of the firm in just 4 years.
Stephanie is very involved in the Industry and currently serves on the FINSECA Foundation Board of Directors, winning the GAMA Ambassador of the Year in 2019. She is also on the FINSECA NY Board of Directors as Secretary, and was awarded the Advisor Today Magazine 4 under 40 Award. She also serves on the Executive Committee for the New York Round Table and the Inclusion & Diversity Council for Prudential, as well as being an International keynote Speaker.
Stephanie obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Management for the University of Redlands and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She also completed a Masters in Sales Management from The American College. Stephanie loves spending time with her husband Joe and two children Ethan (10) and Laila (8) snowboarding and at the beach, in addition to being a marathon runner.
DUSTIN CORRENTE — Managing Director
Since joining Prudential in 2012 Dustin has focused his efforts on building a world class Firm in the Mid-Atlantic Region. His background in the business dates back nearly 20 years where he started his career out of college at American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise). Achieving several awards and national recognition during his first few years as an Advisor with Ameriprise, Dustin then moved into a leadership role as District Manager in Philadelphia. He was named the top manager in his region during this period and among the top ten in the nation. In 2006, at just 26, he was promoted to Field Vice President in Southwest Florida. His first year in the post, Dustin transformed the failing office to a top ten performer, a rank that office held for three consecutive years.
In the spring of 2013 Dustin took over as Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic Financial Group and moved his family from Florida to the Washington D.C. area. Since that time, his firm has been awarded 4 President’s Citation Awards along with the 2019 President’s Trophy. In addition, the Mid-Atlantic Firm has been awarded the National Firm Award for Financial Planning for 5 consecutive years. Dustin is most proud of the progress his firm has made around financial planning which has changed the way in which the Advisors engage with clients and the impact it is having in other parts of the country within Prudential. He also currently serves as the Chair of the Financial Planning Committee for the Field Advisory Council.
Dustin resides in Rockville, MD with his wife Elizabeth, daughter Emily, son Michael and three rescue dogs. He graduated from the University of Delaware, Lerner College of Business and Economics, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is active in animal rights organizations and in his free time enjoys playing golf and hockey.
