AdvisorHub Culture Survey
AdvisorHub sponsored a survey in the summer of 2020 on the value and impact of firm culture. Over 500 advisors responded and the results were segmented by firm type, age, gender and race. AdvisorHub defines culture as shared values, attributes, standards and beliefs that define the nature of the company and offer the necessary support to be successful. The research was conducted by Taglia Marketing Consulting, whose founder Camille Taglia has over 25 years experience in producing marketing intelligence related to messaging, positioning, brand development, product launches, customer satisfaction and industry trends within wealth and asset management.
